amish, you might want to pass this one by. It’s the perfect story of being careful what you ask for, especially if you’re asking the devil’s brother. I’m not fond of the use of the “N” word (racial slur) and although there’s an “a” rather than “er” end to the word in this book, it is used excessively. The boat trip these friends took, ended up being a trip they wouldn’t forget. A little surprising at the end, but it made it more interesting. Action, horror, gore, death, and mutilation, is all here.I received an ARC copy of the book and this is my honest review.

the point, and is here to scare the reader with no pretentiousness.Signed In Blood confirms that. While the narrative might sound familiar (Four friends, an ancient cursed book, a spell gone wrong, hell ensues), his telling of this story with some added sub stories makes it feel fresh.In this book we open with a “holy hell” scene and it keeps flowing from there. We also have a gypsy fortune teller, a priest or two, and a demon who is undeniably evil and hell bent on bloody revenge.But the ending (no spoilers) will really make your jaw drop as a revelation happens that you won’t see coming and ensures that nobody will have a truly happy ending.I definitely recommend you pick this one up. It’s terrifying, action packed, and bloody!
